Kimberly is the Co-Founder and Director of Latin Women UK CIC, a social enterprise that empowers Latin American and Italian communities through legal guidance, social support, and educational initiatives.
Her leadership has earned international recognition. She has spoken at the European Parliament in Belgium, the United Nations in New York, and most recently at the French National Parliament and University of Paris, sharing insights on migration, mental health, and community resilience.
Through Latin Women UK, Kimberly also founded the first Latin American Chamber of Commerce in the UK, supporting over 750 emerging businesses. She has organized business and investment congresses in Birmingham (UK), Milan (Italy), and Dubai (UAE), and is currently leading preparations for the fourth annual summit.
Kimberly’s mission is to use the law, language, and leadership to create lasting, inclusive impact across borders.
