What our previous participants said

“The course inspired and re-inspired”

“Thank you to everyone who put time into making this programme. It was structured and paced really well and from speaking to other founders on the course, everyone took something from it. The course inspired and re-inspired and that’s something you can’t really put money on. I appreciate the skills and encouragement that I was shown on this course and when my business is successful, I will let people know where the momentum began!”

“I’m now part of a small support group”

“I really enjoyed all of the course and meeting others that were on their own business journey. I’m now part of a small support group that has continued after the course. The videos of successful business women were very inspiring. I like the how the homework was not overfacing, it was just the right amount.”

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who is this programme really for?

This programme is for those who feel they are meant for more. Whether you’re a student, professional, creative, or community member — if you have an idea, a vision, or simply the courage to explore your potential, this space is for you.

Global Talent Solution Hub (GTS) is a purpose-driven, female-founded and female-led non-profit organisation committed to unlocking human potential through education, entrepreneurship, and global opportunity.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between talent and mindset — empowering individuals, particularly women and underrepresented communities, to turn ideas into sustainable ventures.

We believe entrepreneurship is not just about building businesses — it is about building confidence, independence, leadership, and long-term economic impact.

At GTS, we are driven by the belief that opportunity should be accessible to all.

There are significantly fewer female entrepreneurs in the UK compared to other developed economies. If women started businesses at the same rate as their global counterparts, the UK economy could grow by an estimated £200 billion, while creating a stronger and more inclusive society.

Yet many women face barriers — limited access to mentors, smaller networks, logistical constraints, and a lack of visible role models. For many, entrepreneurship feels uncertain or out of reach.

We exist to change that.

Through structured programmes, mentoring, and community support, GTS is committed to building confidence, strengthening mindset, and creating real pathways from idea to impact.

To close the gap in entrepreneurship, we must reshape perceptions of what it means to be an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurs are not defined by perfection or privilege — they are defined by courage, consistency, and action. We must inspire and enable more women and underrepresented founders to step forward with clarity and support.

We don’t just teach theory.

Participants receive:
• Practical business frameworks
• Real-world insights from experienced entrepreneurs
• Mentorship and peer support
• A flexible and accessible learning model

This programme is designed so that anyone can begin — regardless of background or starting point.

  • A structured and investment-ready business proposal
  • A confident 60-second pitch

Yes. Participants present at a Semi-Final Pitch Event, with selected founders advancing to the Final Showcase in front of judges and industry experts.

Your journey does not stop at Week 12. We provide three months of continued mentoring support to help you stay accountable and confident as you move from planning to execution.

Because your idea deserves more than “one day.”
Because your potential deserves structure and belief.
Because when women and diverse founders build businesses, communities rise.
Let’s begin — together.
