A proud mother of two and the only daughter in a family that encouraged her to chase her dreams, Teresa embodies the very spirit of resilience and leadership that GTS stands for.
Since 2006, she has built a powerful legal career grounded in fairness and compassion—and now, she brings that same unwavering dedication to supporting Portugal’s youth through education, opportunity, and international collaboration.
As our Portugal Chair, Teresa will lead efforts to connect with schools, universities, municipalities, and policymakers to create meaningful opportunities for students—from scholarships and internships to global education access and personal growth.
With her deep commitment to sustainable change and human rights, Teresa is here to amplify voices, open doors, and uplift the next generation.
